Raised in Southern Idaho, Steve earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Before entering the legal profession, he spent seven years in management with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he worked closely with customers and insurance companies to manage rental vehicles during the claims process. This experience gave him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and process claims—knowledge he now uses to advocate effectively for his clients.

In 2016, Steve joined Ritchie Reiersen Injury & Immigration Attorneys, where he managed personal injury cases while completing the Washington State Bar Association’s Clerkship Program. He became a licensed attorney in January 2025 and is admitted to practice law in Washington. His practice focuses on personal injury cases, guiding injured clients through the claims process so they can focus on recovery.

Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. As a family, they enjoy fishing and spending time outdoors.
